No. We pinpoint leaks to within 10mm using acoustic correlation, FLIR thermal imaging, and hydrogen-nitrogen tracer gas - before any concrete is touched. When the repairing plumber comes out, only the section required to reach the pipe is opened, not a wide exploration trench.

Yes. Every detection job includes a detailed written report with photos, the location of the leak, the detection method used, and recommended repair. The report is compatible with the documentation requirements of major Australian insurers and is included free of charge.
